How To Start Your Equipment With Ceramic Membrane Elements?

After mounting the equipment: Fill the equipment with desalted water. Do not use normal water, chalk inside normal water can reduce the flow rate. Start your equipment and start a normal filtration run. After approx. 10 min. go to max. transmembrane pressure. If necessary, start a normal cleaning run with membrane cleaners. Then rinse the equipment and refill with the fluid you wish to filter. Start filtration.
